For the defense part, you have to construct the walls and upgrade them regularly to make them stronger to the enemy firepower. Apart from upgrading and maintaining, you also need to get new defense walls time to time. This is to ensure that your defenses don’t go easily. When enemies cross the lines into your base, you lose the health of the base which is shown in the top right corner. You can repair it, but that requires a lot of cash. Development is another crucial part where you can build industries and machinery which would make you more money and allow better upgrades.
