You need to fill the combo meter, which is show at the top, and then exhaust it while hitting these combos. The combo meter gets filled up when you hit your opponent consequently. Any hit from the enemy makes you lose one step from the meter. Your scoring depends upon the punches you have hit and the punches delivered in total by you. This makes up for the efficiency, and you have a score which is unique to the game play style. Overall, the game is quite addictive with a lot of action.
